This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.3 of 2019 dated 14.01.2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation has been completed. During the course of enquiry, it was found that no forgery or cheating was involved in the present case. Therefore, final report was filed before the concerned Court as further action dropped.
