Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.13 of 2020, dated 24.12.2020 and case in Crime No.20 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to the fourth respondent and further direct the fourth respondent police to investigate and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.20 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the fourth respondent and also for further direction to file a final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the second respondent, after registration of the F.I.R in Crime No.20 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 1/3

of I.P.C against the accused persons, completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram on 15.12.2021 and it is pending for taking cognizance.

3.In view of the above submission, transfer of investigation does not arise, since no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent and the Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
