Side) C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to withdraw the case in C.C.Nos. 276 to 285 of 2017 and 345 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and transfer the same to any other competent Magistrate, at Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has involved more than 11-cases for the offences under Sections 454, 457 & 380 of IPC. In some of the cases already trial commenced and posted for evidence of Investigating Officer. At this stage, transfer of cases would affect the entire trial proceedings. Further, the petitioner is a habitual offender involved in same kind of crimes and as such it is very difficult to complete the trial, if the cases are transferred to other Court.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not satisfied the grounds raised by the petitioner to transfer all the cases. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam is directed to complete the trial proceedings, within a period of Six Months, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
