C.M.P.(MD)No.14727 of 2025 in S.A.(MD)No.122 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI ,J.

This petition has been filed to bring on record the 3rd to 10th proposed appellants herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant.

2.This Court has already allowed the applications in C.M.P.(MD)Nos.13380 to 13383 of 2024, which relates to the demise of the second respondent. Hence, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents in allowing this petition.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title.
