This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take action upon the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2022. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 29.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
