ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.569 of 2026, dated 29.01.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the investigation is pending in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
