This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.20018 of 2023, dated 17.08.2023 has not been complied with.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and an order in SA 7961/B/2017(NC2021/B/2019) has also been passed on 17.05.2024. A copy of the order is also placed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has not been properly complied with.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is having any grievance as against the order in SA 7961/B/2017(NC2021/B/2019), dated 17.05.2024, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in the manner known to law.
