ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the third respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the third respondent is the wife of the petitioner and she has lodged a complaint on 27.01.2026 alleging bigamy and after enquiry, it was closed on 28.01.2026 directing the third respondent to approach the competent Court.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that the closure report may be furnished to him.
4. In view of the above said facts, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the third respondent.
