This Writ petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct the one day hunger strike agitation on 19.06.2018 in front of Taluk Office, Palani, Dindigul District to raise our demand to implement the all legal rights of tribal community on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent has already rejected the petitioner's request in the proceedings in e.f.vz;. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

18/fh.J.f./g.cNfh./2018, dated 18.06.2018 and he has also produced a copy of the same.

3. In the light of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner, to challenge the above said rejection order. No costs.
