PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned addendum issued by the TNPSC vide its Notification No.9D/2024 dated 13.02.2025 in so far it relates to the age criteria for the posts coming under the purview of the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited and the consequential impugned proceedings No.Nil dated 17.03.2025 issued by the first respondent (Published in the official Website of TNPSC) and quash the same as illegal in so far as no-inclusion of the petitioner's Registration Number -2501011009 is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to provide age concession of 2 years as per G.O(MD)No.91, Human Resources Management Department, dated 13.09.2021 to the posts coming under the purview of the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking age relaxation of two years of the petitioner to be considered pursuant to Notification No.9D/2024, dated 13.02.2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has placed a copy of the addendum to the Notification No.9E/2024 dated 26.03.2025 and he submits that maximum age limit prescribed in the original notification is 32 years and now, it is increased to 34 years.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.

4. Placing the statement of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 on record, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
