Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.02.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.
3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered on 24.02.2016 in Crime No.6 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 420, 376, 493, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C., on the file of the All Women Police Station, Dindigul, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.02.2016. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
