Respondents/Defendants PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur to dispose the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.311 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The revision petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.311 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, within a stipulated time.

2.The petitioner as plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.311 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, against the respondents for the relief of declaration. Even though the suit was filed in the year 2013, the said suit is being adjourned without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned District Munsif, Vedasandur. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif, Vedasandur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.311 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31.07.2017. No costs.
