ORDER

This application in CMP(MD)No.3485 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 4195 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the death of the sole respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition, though not satisfactorily explained, in the interest of justice and in order to avoid further delay in the proceedings, this Petition is allowed, however, on condition that the Petitioners pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) towards costs to the credit of Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench on or before 27.03.2026.

4. Post the matter on 30.03.2026 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
