This Court while dismissing the earlier bail petitions had directed the learned Trial Judge to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months. This Court expresses its hope that the time limit stipulated will be adhered to. If necessary, witnesses shall be examined even through Video Conference.
