Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SEENU RAMACHANDRAN,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, M/S.J.NANDHINI, Advocate for MR.T.THIRUMURUGAN, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.4718/2022, 04.04.2022. 2.It is evident from the records that this Court in earlier order dated 04.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.4718 of 2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is pending. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 am., until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
