This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.01.2016, enquire the same, file a final report before the court concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint by post and petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 23.01.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
