ORDER

The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.19 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
