ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners or ill-treat them to vacate the tenancy premises during the pendency of O.S.No.496 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent Police frequently called the petitioners in the police station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the second respondent police did not ask the petitioners to vacate the premises and did not cause any harassment to the petitioners on that account.
