ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent in A2/3009/2013, dated 16.02.2014.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, would submit that they are not going to construct the alleged bus shelter and they would implement the order of the first respondent dated 16.02.2014, made in A2/3009/2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the said submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, nothing survives for
consideration and therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
