Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that proceedings in M.C.No.196 of 2015 was disposed of by the trial Court on 01.11.2016, based on the compromise arrived at between the parties, as such, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
