2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1, 3, 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2015 to inspect the fitness condition of the buses operated by the second respondent in the presence of the public representatives and seize those buses which does not meet the standard safety requirements.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.08.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents within a stipulated time. 4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.08.2015, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
