RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Prayer : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Family Court, Madurai to dispose the G.W.O.P.No.20 of 2015 as expeditiously within a stipulated time fix by this Honble Court and allow this Civil Revision petition.

ORDER : This petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Thilaga Balasubramaniam, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the Guardian Wards Original Petition in GWOP.No.20 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 13.02.2017, by directing the trial Court to dispose of Guardian petition, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, 30th April, 2017. There was a request from the learned Trial Judge on 01.11.2017 for extension of time and the same was granted. Now the learned Trial Judge, has again sought for further two months time. Hence, the matter was listed today. 3.The learned Judge should keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the matter within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
