ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, to dispose of A.S.No.14 of 2016, within a stipulated period of time.

2. The revision petitioner, who is the plaintiff, filed suit in O.S.No.11 of 2012, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Periyakulam, for recovery of possession. By the Judgment and decree dated 24.06.2016, the said suit was decreed. Against that, the respondent filed A.S.No.14 of 2016 before the Sub Court, Periyakulam.

3. According to the petitioner, the Court has received the entire records from the trial Court. Further, the petitioner is a Senior Citizen and after obtaining the decree in the suit, she is not in a position to enjoy the fruits of the decree. The learned Judge adjourning the appeal suit in A.S.No.14 of 2016 without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present revision.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.14 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 30th June 2017. No costs.
