ORDER
This petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and the complaint is closed as further action dropped. He would further submit that RCS notice is also served upon the petitioner and also circulated a copy of the final report.
3. A perusal of the final report shows that it was a business transaction between the parties and hence, further action is dropped. Since the complaint is closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. If the second respondent is aggrieved by the contents of final report, he can work out his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.OP.(MD)No.4891 of 2019 remedy before appropriate Court. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
