Defacto Complainant PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records of impugned First Information Report in Crime No.65 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station and quash the same Accused No.1 as illegal as against the petitioner.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.65 of 2022 and final report has already been filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

2. In these circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty for quashing the charge sheet filed by the respondent.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition for quashing the charge sheet.
