The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- [Rupees Twenty Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court. The said condition has been complied with. The said submission is, hereby, recorded and no further order is necessary in this petition.
