ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to include sections 143, 324 & 307 of IPC in the FIR in Crime No. 17 of 2019 and consequently, to direct the third respondent to include the names of the accused in the above FIR by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2019 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for respondents submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 4902 of 2019 that after completion of investigation in Crime No. 17 of 2019 filed final report altered for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC. He further submitted that originally the FIR has been registered as against the five accused persons and now added other six accused persons. There are totally 11-accused persons. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
