COMMON JUDGMENT [Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Challenge in the writ appeals is to the order of the Writ Court, dated 09.02.2023, rejecting the claim of the writ petitioners along with others on the ground that they are only licencees and they cannot resist the action of the municipality in demolishing the old market and putting up a new market.
