This petition is filed seeking quashment of the records in C.C.No.437 od 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would submit that after full trial, all the accused persons have been acquitted by the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi, on 21.03.2020.

3. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition.
