RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition mentioned in the order dt.19/04/2022 passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.7075/2022 as ii)the petitioner shall report before the J-6 Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 AM for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation; instead of iii)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. For a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PANDIAN.K.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.7075/2022, dated 19.04.2022.
