This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.6 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate would submit that during the course of investigation, there was compromise between the parties, by which, a memo of agreement has been entered and further action dropped. RCS Notice is also served upon the petitioner.
