Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has filed this petition for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based on the complaint dated 05.03.2022 and to dispose the C.S.R., dated 05.03.2022 in CSR No. 93/2022 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honble Supreme Court of India in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police have conducted a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No. 93/2022 and the same was closed on 02.05.2022 itself.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
