[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] Today when the matter was taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. But, Mr.M.Ajmalkhan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that there is no gambling activity going on at all in the Club and it is only a Recreation Club. relief could be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
