This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute, through false complaint given by the respondents 3 to 5.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already an F.I.R. in Crime No.390 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioner, for the purpose of communication, the respondent police issued summon to the petitioner.
