This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, petitioner's husband and her husband's family members on the basis of her representation dated 19.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner got married to one Alagiri on 01.04.2015 against the wishes of her parents. It has been opposed by the respondents 3 and 4. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.42 of 2016 on the complaint given by them.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and give sufficient protection to the petitioner and her husband from any threat from the respondents 3 and 4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
