ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining the wilful disobedience of the respondent in implementing the order dated 27.06.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.13778 of 2024.

2.During the course of hearing this case today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order of the Court is complied with by sending a proposal to the competent authority by the petitioner on 20.09.2024.

3.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner accepted that the proceedings served on him are relating to the proposal sent by the petitioner to the second respondent School, he is seeking further time to get instructions.

4.Considering the fact that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing proceedings dated 20.09.2024 by the petitioner, in my

considered view, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent.

5.Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
