This Writ Petition has been filed by Mr.M.Ramachandran, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 06.05.2015, challenging the correctness of the order of punishment of stoppage of future increment, in accordance with law.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, dated 06.05.2015, and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
