2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's application dated 14.02.2024 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application in Application No.555681424 dated 14.02.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
