RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court against the Petitioner on 26.02.2020 in Crl.MP.(MD) No. 1233 of 2020 in Crl.A (MD).No. 71 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1233 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.71 of 2020 dated 26.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.03.2020 till 24.03.2020 and prayed the condition imposed on the petitioner to be relaxed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 08.03.2020 till 24.03.2020.
