ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.192 of 2019 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sivanthipatti Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.192 of 2019, the respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, through E-filing.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rule and Liberty is open to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if they are still aggrieved by the Final Report. 2/4

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
