This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.1158 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025.

2. Mr.S.Lingarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners went to Andhra Pradesh to attend the funeral ceremony of their relatives. Hence, they are unable to produce the sureties in time. Accordingly, he seeks further 1/3

time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1158 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.1158 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025.
