The present writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue family ration card to the petitioner on the basis of application submitted by the petitioner on 6.6.14. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not produced deletion certificate and if the same is produced, the authority is ready and willing to issue ration card to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to produce the deletion certificate as sought for by the authorities and thereafter, the authorities shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
