ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) I.P.C., Crime No.126 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.This Court went through the contents of the F.I.R. It is seen that without any justifiable provocation, the petitioners have attacked the defacto complainant, who merely refused to sell the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ spare parts, unless the previous balance was settled.
4.Taking note of the unlawful conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
