ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 08.10.2018 in Criminal Revision Petition No.21/2018 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a compromise has been reached between the parties, out of the Court. They have also entered into an agreement, by which, the respondents conceded to receive a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- and on 29.12.2020, a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has been received by the respondents. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
