ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the complaint in S.T.C.No.1336 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi seeking direction for expeditious trial in the criminal proceedings. 2.A perusal of the records reveals that NBW has been issued to the accused to the wrong police station (Shenkottai Police Station) instead of Kutralam Police Station. Therefore, a communication has been issued by the Inspector of Police, Shenkottai Police Station on 18.03.2026 to the concerned Judicial Magistrate seeking NBW to be addressed to Kutralam Police Station. 3.In view of the above said facts, the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi is directed to dispose of S.T.C.No.1336 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
