ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible in Crime No.669 of 2014, on the file of the second respondent police and file the final Report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that in the case in Cr.No.669 of 2014 investigation was completed and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and Referred Charge-Sheet was also served to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said closure report was not received by the petitioner and he request to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner for seeking remedy before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.
5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed directing the second respondent to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Card. On receipt of the closure report, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.
