This petition has been filed to direct therespondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.07.2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 14.07.2015, it essentially relates to a civil dispute and money transaction. Under such circumstances. no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2015. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
