ORDER

The petitioner has filed the contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for admission, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court on 14.11.2024 has been complied with in Na.Ka.A3/10967/2022, dated 08.04.2025. A copy of the said order has been produced.

3. I find that the final order has been passed on 08.04.2025 and a copy of the same is also marked by RPAD. In view of the above, there is no question of alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in accordance with law, if aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent.
