(CRIME No.32/2017) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No.265 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.28 of 2020 dated 03.02.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.ANANDHA DEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.265 of 2020 dated 03.02.2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 03.02.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till 24.03.2020. Subsequently the petitioner was not allowed to sign before the Court, due to Covid and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till the declaration of the lockdown.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.265 of 2020 dated 03.02.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by that Court.
