PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.100 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent for proper, fair and unbiased investigation.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation of the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.100 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the same and recording the submission made by the petitioner's counsel, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
